Create product categories and organize products into one or multiple categories. Display categories on your storefront to make browsing easier and help customers discover more products.
For me what would be useful if one of my products could be highlighted and slightly (visually) separated from the rest. And I imagine that with the categories feature, I might be able to do that. I’d assume that in my shop’s product layout, a category and its products would be displayed in a new line. But to be seen.
I’d prefer having query params as well. For example: mystore.blink.store?category=software, so then only the corresponding products would be displayed.

Thanks for the feedback!
We just rolled out basic category support and storefront filtering.
Looking ahead, categories will be fully integrated directly into the storefront layout with custom sections and deeper display options.
